Our Process Is a Three-Visit Process, Here They Are in Order:
Perform inspection to identify what rodent species has infested your home. Set out four bait stations around the exterior of your home and four snap traps in the lower crawl space area. Should there be signs of an active infestation in the attic, four snap traps will be set out in the attic.
This first visit is also used to develop a separate scope of work and pricing to seal up access points to your home used by rodents. This scope is referred to as Rodent Exclusion. This scope of work and pricing will be presented to you as a separate Proposal to accept and will be performed at your first rodent follow up.

This scope of work and pricing will be presented to you as a separate Proposal to accept. Should you need any clean up services, they will be done between your final rodent set up visit and your first rodent maintenance visit.
7 to 10 days after your first visit, we perform your first rodent follow-up. Rodent exclusion is done on this visit if you selected this service. Inspect the snap traps in the crawl and replace or re-set as needed.
The second visit also includes inspection of the exterior bait stations. Replenish and re-locate the bait stations as needed. The final step in the second visit is to check the snap traps in the attic if needed.
7 to 10 days after your first rodent follow-up, we perform your second rodent follow-up. This will be your final visit in your set up process. Inspect the snap traps in the crawl and replace or re-set as needed, inspect the bait stations on the exterior of the home and replenish or relocate as needed.
The third and final visit for the rodent set up phase also includes checking the snap traps in the attic if there is an active infestation. If there is no evidence of activity in the attic, we will remove the snap traps from the attic. If there is activity in the attic, the attic will be treated along with the crawl space area in your ongoing maintenance program.
Should you need any rodent damage clean up services, they will be done after this visit and before your first maintenance visit.
Rodent Maintenance & Smart Solutions Warranty
When you complete the rodent set up phase and continue to have monthly rodent maintenance done for 6 months, then rodent maintenance done bi-monthly thereafter, and if all suggested scopes of work are done by way of crawl/attic cleanup and rodent exclusion, you will receive our Smart Solutions Warranty.
If at any time you elect to not continue the rodent maintenance, your warranty will be voided. Each maintenance visit is $95.00 plus tax, thank you!
