Ben Burton
President
Having attended Skagit Valley Community College, Ben started working with Arrow Pest Control in 1999. In 2004, Ben launched Arrow Insulation as a service arm of Arrow Pest Control. Ben has quickly gained not only the knowledge and skill required to make Arrow Insulation a leader in the insulation and weatherization industry, but has also had his skills and knowledge recognized by the educational community.

Jay DePree
Vice President
After graduating from Central Washington University in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration, Jay joined Arrow Insulation as a Program Manager to co-manage the PSE Multifamily Air Sealing Pilot Program. After six months of employment Jay was promoted to General Manager to become responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as the management of 40+ employees. Jay was then elevated to Vice President in 2014 and continues to be extremely passionate about developing Arrow as the leader in the energy conservation industry.

Justin Dowe
General Manager
Justin is an exceptionally versatile leader with a background in management and overseeing operations. He is an innovative problem solver who strives to deliver superior solutions and foster an excellent experience for customers and employees.
He is passionate and committed to Arrow’s mission, providing our clients with sustainable energy efficiency and solutions to improve their overall comfort and health.

Al Garcia
Project Lead
Al joined Arrow in 2010 as a Weatherization Technician, and he’s worn a lot of different hats since then. His strong leadership skills paired with his experience and knowledge of weatherization installation techniques make him a valuable asset to our team. He has a strong devotion for ensuring Arrow’s desired levels of quality and customer satisfaction are being met on a daily basis.

Jason Stephenson
Sales Rep
Jason joined Arrow insulation in May of 2016, bringing over 15 years of experience in the insulation field. Jason started in the industry as an installer, and brought his practical and field knowledge to management of residential, commercial and industrial projects. He gravitated towards building science and uses that knowledge to help others understand how their homes function. Jason now thrives on educating and finding the best solutions for homeowners employing an “If this were my home” perspective.

Alyssa Evans
Sales Rep
Alyssa joined the Arrow team in 2016 as the Warehouse Assistant while still attending Skagit Valley College. After graduating, she committed to Arrow full time as the Warehouse Manager, where her knowledge of weatherization blossomed. Alyssa has continued to grow with our team, and is now a key member of our consultation group. This was a natural fit for Alyssa, as she has always had a strong focus on customer service, which is one of the most important pillars of the Arrow brand.

Arrow was founded by Dave Burton in 1987 as a Pest Control Company. In 2005, Mr. Burtons son, Benjamin Burton, founded Arrow Insulation, Inc. Arrow Insulation was created to provide customers with comprehensive solutions through innovative strategies.
