As a Customer Support Representative, you will be our customers first point of contact and be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of Arrow. Duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling in-home consultations for our estimators, scheduling installations, and following up with any other customer needs. At Arrow, we place a high level of focus on employee education and customer service.

As a Sales Consultant at Arrow, you will be responsible for using knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and find solutions to our customer’s needs. 

We at Arrow understand that subject matter knowledge in the weatherization industry and building science is key to not only successful scoping of services but is also key to the customers experience. We successfully achieve this with a low-pressure approach, resulting in winning our customers loyalty with trust and customer service. An Inside Sales Representative, or Inside Salesperson, sells products or services to either consumers or other businesses. An inside Sales Rep at Arrow’s main duties include locating new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows and building mailing lists, negotiating sales terms and providing product demonstrations. The Pest Solutions Technician provides pest solution services to customers in an effective and efficient manner in accordance with state laws and Arrows operating procedures. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as well as effectively communicating and collaborating with fellow employees and management in accordance with the company’s values.

Arrow is a leader in the Pacific Northwest in the Public-Sector Low-Income Weatherization industry. We are the leading contractor for King County Housing Authority, HomeWise in the City of Seattle, Snohomish County Human Services, The Housing Authority of Skagit County, The Opportunity Council of Whatcom and Island Counties, and lastly the Community Energy Challenge. When working with these agencies, the scopes of work are all encompassing and are typically a whole house approach. These projects often times need to be looked after by a Project Manager. 

The Project Manager is responsible for doing pre-audits, developing production paperwork and change orders as needed, doing combustion safety diagnostics, in-progress inspections, installation team management, and final inspections. Our Project Managers are provided with everything it takes to be successful to include training and certifications, take home vehicle, uniforms, a great team of CSR’s offering support, and a state of the art operating system for managing and running your jobs.

The Warehouse Manager position is one of the most vital positions at Arrow. Our Warehouse Manager is responsible for downloading and uploading our production trucks daily. 

The ability to properly stage a production vehicle is directly connected the customer’s installation experience and having the correct materials on our job sites. Other duties include direct receiving of materials, ordering materials, vendor relations and pricing, cleanliness of our warehouse, and management of all other warehouse activities, Ultimately, you will have the opportunity to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Customer service is a focus no matter what you may be doing at Arrow. This is especially the case with our Production Installers. 

You are one of the biggest parts of our customer’s journey. We specialize in existing home weatherization, so no new construction. We install attic, crawl and wall insulation to include the sealing of ductwork, venting of bath and kitchen fans, upgrading attic and crawl venting and removing old or damaged insulation. Most of the installs we do take one or two days, offering piece work or prevailing wage. All employees on our production team are highly trained employees of Arrow, we do not employ day or cash workers.
