Our Rodent, Mouse and Rat Control Process Is a Three-Visit Process, Here They Are in Order:
Perform inspection to identify what rodent species have infested your home. Set out 3 – 4 bait stations around the exterior of your home.
This first visit is also used to develop a separate scope of work and pricing to seal up access points to your home used by rodents. This scope is referred to as Rodent Exclusion. This scope of work and pricing will be presented to you as a separate Proposal to accept and will be performed at the conclusion of the three-visit set up journey.
7 to 10 days after your first visit, we perform your first rodent follow-up. The second visit includes inspection of the exterior bait stations to replenish bait and re-locate the bait stations as needed. A Proposal for bi-monthly maintenance visits and our Smart Solutions Warranty will be presented to you at this time – you will have until Visit #3 to either Accept or Reject this proposal. If bi-monthly maintenance is rejected, boxes will be collected by Arrow on visit #3. If you elect to enroll in our bi-monthly maintenance program with our Smart Solutions Warranty after the boxes were picked up on visit #3, there will be a $95.00 trip fee to return to the site and re-install the boxes. This will also void the Smart Solutions Warranty due to their being no rodenticide filled boxes protecting the area of the home we serviced.
7 to 10 days after your first rodent follow-up, we perform your second rodent follow-up. This will be the final visit in your set-up service journey and includes inspecting the bait stations on the exterior of the home and replenish or relocate as needed. Should you need any rodent damage clean up services or exclusionary measures, they will be performed at the conclusion of this the three visit set-up service. If bi-monthly maintenance is rejected, boxes will be collected by Arrow on this visit. If you elect to enroll in our bi-monthly maintenance program with our Smart Solutions Warranty after the boxes were picked up on visit #3, there will be a $95.00 trip fee to return to the site and re-install the boxes. This will also void the Smart Solutions Warranty due to their being no rodenticide filled boxes protecting the area of the home we serviced.
